Once the trees reach maturity, they are harvested and replaced with new plantings, as their carbon storage capacity is maximized. The harvested wood is then used in the building industry, promoting sustainable construction. You receive 100% of the profit from your trees.

A local project with a global impact
All activities in the project in made in close coorporation with the indigenous people the Ashaninkas. Their Chief, Bernardo and the local mayor, Christobal play very important roles in our reforestation project. We work in respect with the local customs and culture and replant the Amazonian jungle with a permaculture and a sustainable design approach that mimics natural ecosystems to create self-sufficient, regenerative environments.

There is always a risk of loss when you invest your money. That's how it is, and you need to be aware of it. Risk is the flip side of an investment - but at the same time risk is a prerequisite for you to get a return on your money at all. However, we have minimized the risk as we always plant with an excess capacity and guarantee that if your tree should perish, it will be replaced by a new tree. Read more in our Risk Assessment.

An investment normally generate an ROI + 400%. The timber profit is created, when the trees are ripe for felling. The tree is used in the timber industry, as wooden floors, etc. Every time a tree is harvested, PAM plants a new tree in the rainforest and thus ensures that the amount of trees in our forest area grow year after year.
