All purchases are final and non-refundable. Our products consist of tree planting services in the Amazon rainforest, which are initiated shortly after your purchase is completed. Once the planting process has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

As part of your purchase, an official certificate is issued and sent to the buyer or designated recipient, confirming the tree planting.
