The combination of timber-trees, fruit-trees, banana-trees, root-fruits, and perennials is heaven for biodiversity, you will support the entire ecosystem by investing in our biodiversity packet. The banana, perennials and fruit tree will attract pollinators such as our favorite the hummingbird, butterflies’ bees, bumblebees which again attract bigger birds, the fruits attract small rodents that again attract bigger animals, slowly but surely the ecosystem finds a balance and enter a symbiotic heaven. This will result in better healthier soil conditions, fungi, insects, microorganisms start to thrive, which is the very foundation of our agroforestry model. Due of your investment we can produce healthy organic food and timber without the need for pesticides and herbicides.

When the timber trees are matured, we harvest them to plant new trees, in order to continuously optimize the carbon capture ability on the land. The investor will receive the FULL value of the Timber tree in raw timber market prices at the time we harvest. The investment ROI will be approximately 6-8% per year, which is the growth rate of trees in a Peruvian Amazon permaculture plantation, this is up to 40% better than in tempered climates.
